After dinner tonight I decided to treat myself to some water ice at Rita's. If you don't live in a state with a Rita's I feel bad for you because their water ice is delicious. Not only can you enjoy fun flavors like S'mores cream ice (like I got), but you can grab a soft pretzel (which I also got). This photo was taken on location in the Fundai because I couldn't wait to get home to enjoy my dessert!

I want this NOW. NOW, I've never had water ice and I want s'mores NOW. can I use NOW again? I just did, make it happen NOW. LOVE
Wait, but really - what is this?? I've never heard of water ice. Like... ever. Have I been missing out on some kind of tasty treat for the past 25 years? And more importantly - how can I remedy that right away??
WHAT!!?! I can't adequately describe how delicious water ice is. It's not quite a snow cone or italian ice or shaved ice. I think the flavor comes from the freezing of the ingredients. Please google the nearest water ice vendor. I beg you.
