Day 217, say WHAT?!

I was tempted to post this without comment, but I have a comment. And that comment is... "Oh no he di'int!". I find Jesus crazies to be wildly entertaining, all shouty and basking in the glow of their madness. This "WOMEN" sign was a definite first though (click the pic to enlarge if you can't read the text. You won't be disappointed). One of these guys was also heard saying later "Do you want to know why lesbians are lesbians? Because they're not attractive enough for men." This is clearly one of the teachings of Jesus. Just turn to page...ugh...umm.... oh, wait.

Day 126 thinks this is weird

So I see this in the office today and I'm all "what the....". Cut to later in the day, I show the sis my little "wtf" pic and she goes, "oh yeah that's for the oxidation, filtration, hydration.... blah  blah blah" or something like that. I tuned out after the first '-ation'. Seriously, she got all scientist on me. Then it was me wearing a big ol "wtf" on my face. Do people know about this? Like in the world? Is this a thing and I just have never seen it before? I'm afraid this might be the case. But seriously - what is this all about? Boozing up the plants? I need to google this...

Day 61 is confused

I knew when I moved out to Seattle that I was in for some interesting weather. I thought it would be lots of rain with perhaps a few less cloudy days thrown in here and there for good measure. I didn't know I was signing up for crazy, manic, can't-decide-what-to-do-with-myself weather. Case in point: today. Wake up, cloudy. A few hours after that, sunshine. Yay! 20 minutes later - downpour. Huh? Followed by more sun (i'm so confused?) then... wait for it.... hail. Mom? Then a few minutes later, a sky full of sunshine. Sunshine people. What? Then we end the day with some rain/hail/snow/sun mix. And by mix I mean all of those things were happening at.the.same.time. I don't know what that weather.com graphic would be, but I want to see it. And all that was just the past 8 hours. Excuse me? This weather is crazier than charlie sheen (zing!). But really, my biggest question... what kind of shoes do you wear for a cloudy/sunny/rainy/haily/snowy day?? Tim Gunn I need you.
