Day 172 was ambushed!

After sitting in front of a computer for what seemed like two days straight (and surviving!), I desperately needed some fresh air. My mom and I went for a walk after dinner. I saw this pretty rose creeping out of someone's fence and decided to take a snapshot. But what is this? My goofy mother and her shadow puppets crept in my photo, much like that little rose out of the fence. The photo is better this way.

Day 152 is snowing petals

Even though it was hot and humid for most of the day, it cooled down enough this evening to go for a walk. I typically take the same route around my neighborhood but I went an extra street over today. It was there that I saw hundreds of petals on the lawn and sidewalk in front of a house. They looked like snow - kind of. I hope the humidity and rain keep holding out so I can do more exploring!

Day 144 goes for a walk

After being cooped up in the office for most of the day I was itching for some fresh air. After dinner I threw on some shorts and a tshirt, and went for a walk. It was delightful! I'm always mesmerized by the beautiful sky. It's a miracle I haven't been hit by a car while sightseeing.
