Day 279 is a good witch

Day 268 likes her kicks

Every few months I realize I own an obscene amount of clothes and attempt to do a donation overhaul. Today was one of those days. I got rid of a bunch of stuff, plus I found some things I forgot I owned. Like these shoes! While I'm typically not an animal print type of gal, these shoes are just subtle enough for my style. Fun new (old) kicks!

Day 195 in a shoe box

I own too much stuff, including shoes. Usually when I get home from work I kick my shoes off near the front door. They tend to pile up. In an effort to be more tidy, I threw them in a box until I find more appropriate storage. In the meantime they will remain in this ridiculous shoe box.

Day 157 is a believer

It was about 6 months from when I got my first pair of Toms until now for my sister to get on board with the Toms goodness. It does take a hot second to get used to how they look on your feet. My dad likes to call them my "middle earth shoes", and there's some truth to that. They're all earthy and organic looking. I get the hesitation. But seriously ya'll - it's like giving your feets a hug with every step. So freaking comfy! And! Think of the children! Wow this post just got real linky. Oops. Anyway - this is how the sis decided to dry her shoes after washing them. I've definitely made a Toms convert out of this girl. So when are you guys getting on board already?

Day 94 starts the week off right

Despite some clouds, today was a beautiful Spring day! Temps in the high 60s, not too much wind, plenty of sun - wonderful. It was a perfect opportunity to do a little reading while enjoying an ICED tea outside. Plus I got to sport bare(ish) legs and these fun shoes! All in all not too shabby of a start to the week.

Facts about me: I own too many pairs of jeans, too many bags and too many shoes. Except I don't really see it that way - maybe it's a girl thing - but is it actually possible to own too many of any of these things? Nope. Not even a chance. Which brings me to today's little slice. These babies just arrived.... [happy dance!!]

And guess what? You can't even really yell at me for yet another pair of shoes, because these are for a great cause!! (side note, if you don't know about Tom's, you need to check them out. Great company, amazing mission.) Tomorrow I'll be rockin these fancy new shoes. The only thing I haven't figured out is which pair of jeans they'd look best with..... :)
